Next Step – Work Tables

So, we’re building work tables for the studio next. I decided to try a design Skip Palmer recommended, which comes from the experimental aircraft community. The plans are online for free and reportedly yield a very stable, useful work table. I figure if it’s good enough to build airplanes upon, then perhaps it might be ok for stoneware. In any case, we’re going to build a couple, see how they work out, and then build a slightly modified version for a wedging table. Hopefully, somewhere concurrently we’ll get the 240V outlet installed for the kiln, too. One step at a time.
